all staff were caring and communicative. People genuinely cared about my mum and helping her feel better. Everything was explained well and we didn’t have to wait very long for anything. We were there for about 6 hours and in that time managed to get x-rays, scans, IV infusions, etc. The standard of care we received was excellent really. We were even given free tea and biscuits.

Not a good day for me today. I waited a bit long asking the staffs 3 x when I will be called. A bit frustrating but the doctor who see me is fantastic! He is well expert and polite.

No as it is never good to be in hospital
